Who operates the program
Hajar Labs LLC operates Hajar Labs Partners for Aretic, CraveTwist and Neat Take. Contact partners@hajarlabs.com about program or privacy questions.
Information used for partnerships
We use creator contact and profile information, app-specific invitations, accepted terms, allocated offers, verified app connections, campaign performance and payout status to operate the program. Stripe handles payout onboarding and its verification information under its own policies; the portal retains the account reference and readiness information needed for payouts.
Customer offers
App backends provide account-scoped or wallet identifiers and minimal verified Apple purchase, price, currency, storefront and refund evidence. These records deliver offers once, attribute eligible purchases and reconcile earnings against Apple reports. They do not include customers’ meal logs, recipes, health preferences or photos. Creators receive program performance and earnings information, rather than customer contact details or private app content.
Email and security
Resend delivers requested invitations, verification, connection and offer-recovery messages. Verification codes, sign-in links and private app connections expire and must be kept private. Recovery email does not subscribe a recipient to marketing. Public creator offer codes do not authenticate an account.
Storage and retention
Cloudflare provides program hosting and encrypted private record storage. We retain accepted terms, offer allocation, transaction reconciliation, security and payout evidence as needed to run the program, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations and prevent duplicate benefits. Expiring access credentials do not erase the historical acceptance or financial record. Account deletion and app privacy rights remain available under each app’s policy.
Your choices
You can decline an invitation, accept apps separately, request help correcting creator information or ask about access and deletion rights at partners@hajarlabs.com. Identity checks are limited to protecting the relevant account. Do not email passwords, Apple verification codes or unnecessary sensitive information.
